This a postural alignment session.
Together, you will work and bring attention to all areas of your body to ease any tension you may be holding.
This session focuses on the Range Of Motion (ROM) of the neck, shoulder blades, arms, thoracic, abdominals, hips, gluteus, hamstring, calves, ankles and foot.
By the end of the session, the cervical spine, shoulder blades and chest will be relieved of tension. And the hip, lumbar and gluteal muscles will have an improved range of motion.
Experience improved flexibility and the ability to sit properly upright with an ‘S’ spine without straining the lower back.

Everyone: students, top sporters, sedentary or active lifestyle individuals, table-bound professionals, after rehabilitation, postpartum, and before commencing any sports activity.
Also, people with mobile phone posture issues/symptoms such as shoulders, neck and head hunching forward, sometimes with bumps or fat formed behind your neck, and sitting with a āCā spine.
